Claudia Lima: Art without borders

Claudia Lima, a Portuguese-Brazilian and Swiss artist, was born in Rio de Janeiro and has been living in Lisbon since 1980. Her work crosses places and cultures, reflecting the richness of her origins and experiences. Showcased in institutions such as the Grand Palais (Paris), the Black Room of the Federal Senate (Brasília) or the Costume Museum (Lisbon), her art is an invitation to discover new ways of seeing the world.

Between cultures and senses

Between cultures and senses

In a unique style that crosses painting, sculpture, installation, video and tapestry, Claudia Lima’s works reveal spatial vivacity and expressive textures that promote a complete sensorial experience. With the support of the VIC Properties Group and the Swiss Embassy, the exhibition reflects on identity, memory and the connection between cultures, mirroring the multicultural community created at Prata Riverside Village.

CURATION

A work chosen to make an impact

Recognized for his vast and worldwide award-winning artistic creation, Emanuel Dimas de Melo Pimenta is the curator of the next exhibition at 28Art Gallery, providing a philosophical and sensorial reading of Claudia Lima’s work.
